Short version: we collect your email address and what you bought, we use it to deliver the product and send you things you asked for, and we don't sell it to anyone. The longer version is below.

What we collect

• Your email address — when you download the free book, or when you buy.
• Purchase details — what you bought, when, and the amount. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Email engagement — whether our emails were opened and which links were clicked, so we can tell what's useful and what to stop sending.
• Basic site data — standard web request logs handled by Cloudflare. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics pixels.

Why we have it

To deliver what you asked for, to send updates about the product you bought, to send the newsletter you opted into, and to answer you when you email us. That's the whole list.

Who processes it

• Stripe — payments. They hold the card data; we don't.
• Kit — email delivery and list management.
• Cloudflare — hosting and file delivery.
• Skool — the members community, if and when you join it.
• Google Workspace — our own inbox, if you email us.

Each holds data under its own privacy policy. We don't sell, rent or trade your details, and we don't hand your address to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Email records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. You can ask us what we hold on you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — email support@facelessconsole.com and we'll action it. Deleting your record doesn't cancel your licence.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets what it needs to process a payment securely when you go to checkout.
